In celebration of Milton Keynes turning 50 we have, in conjunction with Harry's Rainbow, decided to offer a Virtual challenge of MK 50:50. Any profits from the event will go the the Redway Runners charity of the year.

Can you complete a distance of 50 miles in 67 days (MK was born in 1967….see what we did there!) to earn a fantastic bespoke medal to commemorate the occasion, all for the bargain entry fee of £8.

This doesn't have to be running, it can be walking or whatever you like, as long as it's using two feet to the floor! This event is not restricted to Redway Runners only so please feel free to share this post and get your friends to enter too. It works out at only just over 5 miles a week, achievable for all!!!

Entry details are here:…/mk…/virtual-mk5050-challenge/

Miles are to be completed between 23 June and 29 August 2017 and entries close on 1 June 2017.
