Monday Morning Step Up - Experiment
Step Up is clearly a worry for some people. But it is designed to be the next group after many do the beginners groups.
As a way to ease everyone in, We will try a 30 minute "drop out" option. This means that we will run a really gentle loop back pace for 25-30 minutes returning to David Lloyd. It will be suitable for any runner, we will avoid the hills and anywhere too exposed if the wind is doing its thing.
