Redway Runners parkrun road trip

MK parkrun is cancelled this Saturday 5 September - so a chance for a club road trip - so the chosen parkrun this time is a new one for a club road trip and just a little way down the M1 to Cassiobury parkrun in Watford.

So grab your bar code and make a little trip - more on the event at:

Club BBQ

Thank you to all that came to the club's BBQ you made it a super soaker rather than the dreary washout it could easily have been given the weather conditions.

Well done to our chefs Spencer, James and Jeff and there unseen helpers for some top notch grub.

And a special thanks to all that mucked in with the set up and clear down and to Mack, we couldn't have done it without you.

Rainbows Hospice 5k run, Northampton 26 September

Been asked to pass you details of this event, great to get a green team along:
Rainbows Hospice is the most amazing place for families with terminally ill children. My nephew passed away there last May aged 22mths ..... 😕 This is an event close to home I'd be so grateful if you could ask the mighty greens to go along? I realise there is an entry fee but whatever support you could ask for would be appreciated. I'm sure the cuppa cake team will come with me but just thought I'd ask .... Thanks Kim 😀

Five Minute injury consultation

Don't forget people, there is the free drop in clinic from 3-4pm this Saturday. 5 Minute consultations! If you're worried about a niggling pain, ongoing pain or want some advice on injury prevention, pop on over to Body Limits in Newport Pagnell.
