All the runs are at:

Wednesday Evening Woodland Run

We are going to start a social run called "Wednesday Evening Woodland Run". It starts at 7pm every Wednesday in the Church Lane Car Park this is the free parking area just off the A5130 Woburn Road, at the top of Church Road, Woburn Sands and off Longsdale Lane. The run is approx 5 - 8 miles, led by runners who know the woods well. The route will vary most weeks, it is tough terrain so you need to be able to run 9 min miles on Redways as a rough guide.

However it is a fun run and not a race, it is very social and not aimed at anyone who wants a sprint. If you want to join us there is a Facebook page set up called Wednesday Evening Woodland Running or you can contact Tim Miles or Steve Morris with any questions.

The run ends with a pint in the pub at 8:15pm!
