Not long now till we start the 'class of 2017' yes the club Sunday marathon training runs starting in January, each week the run starts in a different location, at 9am and the runs start at 1 hour 30 minutes (usually with a one hour drop out) and get 10 minutes longer each week aiming to get you perfectly to the spring marathons particularly London and Milton Keynes
We have the plan now on the club web site (may be subject to some small changes). These runs are ideal not just for marathon runners but anyone who fancies a longer run on a Sunday morning
As well as these runs we will also have the Sunday Step Up runs as well, details to be confirmed
