Prudential RideLondon August - help

We have been asked if we can help at this event - is anyone interested in leading it for the club or helping out - please let me know
I am also always looking for teams to get involved with our Prudential RideLondon event on the 1st & 2nd August. Although on wheels if the team fancied volunteering we would provide the following:
  •           Reimbursement for a minibus/coach to bring you to the event
  •           Club donation
  •           Guaranteed entry (or entries depending on the number of volunteers) into the 2016 event
Maybe have a look at the website and see if the club would be interested?

This year’s Open University “Les Irvine Memorial Relay Race” will be held at 12:30 on Wednesday 29 April 2015 at the Open University.  Redway Runners are one of the event’s biggest supporters so I hope we can get a big turnout again this year.

Teams must be of mixed gender and will be made up of 4 persons with each person running a 1.1 mile leg.  There are prizes for the first team overall, fastest leg male, fastest leg female and teams in various age categories.

There will be a nominal charge of £1 per runner which will need to be paid on the day.  If you wish to take part please let me know by 7pm on Friday 3 April at the latest as we have to submit teams on 4 April.
