Come home to Ag Hill this spring
Taking place the Friday prior to A-Day, the College of Agriculture's annual open house kicks off a weekend filled with Auburn traditions. We've added a schedule of events especially for alumni this year, and we'd love for you to come home to Ag Hill April 17 to see familiar faces, catch up on what's new in the college and even meet the Raptor Center's War Eagles. Bill Abernethy, a 1981 agricultural science graduate, has spent the past three decades applying the skills he gained through his major. Now the vice president of an international biotech company, the years he spent researching a rare genetic disease remain the most rewarding of his career.

Agricultural Hall of Honor 
The Alabama Agricultural Hall of Honor recognizes the work of our state’s top agricultural leaders. Each year, three individuals are inducted into the Hall of Honor, while the Pioneer Award is given posthumously to individuals whose careers advanced  Alabama agriculture in significant ways.

Ag Exploration Days
2015 Alumni Awards
Each year, alumni are nominated from each of the college's academic departments, and final selections are made by a selection committee comprised of the dean, associate deans, department heads and unit directors. This year's award ceremony will be held Thursday, April 16.

The 31st Ag Ambassador team recently returned from a professional development and service trip to the Big Easy, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge gained while visiting agricultural operations and volunteering in schools and community organizations.

Spring Judging Clinics provide students with the opportunity to gain experience and practice competing in career development events before they compete at the district level. This year the COA will welcome over 700 students and teachers to campus for this event.

Students admitted to the College of Agriculture for fall 2015 are invited to explore Ag Hill during spring semester. Admitted students will have the opportunity to meet with faculty, talk with current students and sit in on a class. Ag in the Park

The College of Agriculture hosts this annual event for future students, alumni, current students and their families. Attendees can participate in a campus tour, meet with departmental representatives, enjoy lunch with our faculty, staff and alumni and more. Tickets are $5 each and must be ordered by Feb. 6. Golden Eagles Luncheon
Ag Heritage Park, Auburn, AL
Each year the Auburn Alumni Association invites alumni of 50 years or more to the Golden Eagles Reunion. As part of the 2015 event, a luncheon for College of Agriculture Golden Eagles will take place Thursday, April 16 at 11 a.m. To register for the reunion, click here. Admitted students, prospective students and their families are encouraged to attend this open house event and learn more about the College of Agriculture Family. Participants will have the opportunity to attend classes, visit our academic and research facilities, meet faculty and current students and more.
