Register for WD2023
WD2023 will host participants both on-site in Kigali and virtually, from 17-20 July, 2023. Official WD2023 Pre-Conferences will begin on 16 July 2023. In-person registration will be open on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. Once we have reached capacity, a waitlist will be initiated.

Apply for scholarships
Our scholarship program, available both to those who wish to attend WD2023 in-person or online, provides financial assistance to individuals who would otherwise be unable to cover the cost of attending the Conference. Applications for on-site and virtual scholarships will be open through 1 October 2022, and will be accepted in English, French, and Spanish.

Apply to host a Concurrent session
Concurrent sessions are moderated discussions and interactive workshops that provide a space for Conference attendees to delve into key issues, gain knowledge from expert speakers, and learn and enhance their advocacy skills. Apply to host a partner side event or exhibit
Throughout WD2023, a series of side events will be hosted by WD2023 partners and sponsors. The Conference will also provide exhibitor packages that enable partners to showcase their organization’s work, share knowledge and solutions, and network with delegates from around the world, including government leaders, journalists, youth, academics, the private sector, civil society, and multilateral agencies.

Youth engagement at WD2023
WD2023 will serve as a platform for young people, and those working on youth issues, to advance their advocacy goals. In order to ensure young people’s leadership and meaningful engagement in co-creating WD2023, Women Deliver is engaging Women Deliver Young Leaders, Young Leader Alumni, youth advocates, adolescents, and partner organizations working on youth issues in all aspects of planning the Conference.

Women Deliver is thrilled to welcome two new Regional Convening Partners representing Asia and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), alongside existing partners representing Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and Southern Africa.
- Asia Host Committee Chair: Sivananthi Thanenthiran, Executive Director of the Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW);
- MENA Host Committee Chair: Lina Abirafeh, Advisor, Arab Institute for Women.
WD2023 Regional Convening Partners will mobilize and convene advocates within their region to advance the conversation around gender equality before, during, and after the Conference as part of WD2023’s expanded Global Dialogue, which will take place in the six-months leading up to the Conference.
