Empowering Women in Technology

Empower other women in tech by disrupting the status quo. Make lasting changes to the tech industry’s culture by advocating in existing spaces. Establish leaders, push for growth, pay them fair wages, and support them through their career. Women succeed when they have the same access to opportunities and the right to make choices, can control their lives, and establish their self-worth.

You belong in the tech industry. You are worthy of taking up space as a technologist and owning your career identity. Feel empowered to punch above your weight, apply for that promotion, mentor a fellow technologist, and use your voice.

Shoutout an amazing woman in your life @WWCode on Twitter.

As you know, women make up 25% percent of the tech industry and hold 24% percent of C-suite roles in tech. However, when you share your experience and celebrate yourself as a technologist, it normalizes women in tech for everyone.
