Cards for the Elderly Events this Week!!

The following 2 weeks will be filled with Cards for the Elderly activities! Come join us as we set up card-making stations around the University campus. We will be tabling from Nov. 28th-Dec. 2nd from 10AM-4PM in the following atriums:

Markin Hall: Nov. 28th & Dec. 1st
UHall: Nov. 29th & Dec. 2nd
Science Commons: Nov. 30th

We will also have our own club card-making event Nov. 30th, fromon 5-7PM in AH116. Bring your friends for some card-making, snacks, and music!

If you can't make it to any of these events, the Library will have a card-making station set up all throughout Nov. 28th to Dec. 9th on the 10th floor. The Agility Centre will also have a station set up from Nov. 28th (11:00AM) to Dec. 2nd (5:00PM)

We would greatly appreciate your help in making cards to reach our goal of 2000 cards!!

Cards for the Elderly Tabling Sign-Up

RBC On Campus Grand Opening

RBC On Campus, who sponsored our supplies for the Cards for the Elderly Event, is opening their permanent location on campus this week! The opening will be on Nov. 30th at 10AM at the Student Union Building. There are a bunch of activities planned throughout the day, so please check them out if you can!

9:30AM – 10:00AM Guests arrival at the ZOO ballroom (Student Union Building)
10:00 AM – 10:30AM Speeches
10:30 AM – 10:45AM Meet & Greet
10:45AM – 11:00AM Ribbon cutting
11:00AM – UofL Staff & Faculty, Guests and Students are welcome to view the Meeting Place.

After the ribbon-cutting session, the branch will be open and snacks will be available to everyone.
