Meeting This Week

We will have a meeting today, Wednesday, November 16th from 6-7 PM, location TBA. We will have Filomena Laporte-Packer from the Chinook Regional Hospital to talk about potential volunteering opportunities, as well as some updates on Cards for the Elderly. Please keep an eye out for the meeting location on our WhatsApp group chat!

Cards for the Elderly Project

Here's a reminder that we still need your help with our Cards for the Elderly Project!

In the Google Drive club events folder is an Excel document with a lot of places we need to reach out to for help arranging card-making events, donations, schools and contacting seniors organizations to arrange card drop-off.

There are letters prepared that you can use when you contact them with all the information you need and our board is always available for questions.

If everyone could agree to reach out and coordinate with a few places it would really help us reach our goal of 2000 cards this year!
