International Flag Display for Sage

How many international students are there at Sage International School? Help us find out!

Bright swaying flags, symbols of our global community, will hang overhead in an International Flag Display to be created by the Sage International Club, a club of middle/high school students. The International Flag Display will be a visual welcome to faculty, staff, students and visitors and serve as a reminder of Sage International’s goal of preparing students for today’s global community.

The International Club is responsible for identifying international countries represented within the Sage International student body (including faculty and exchange students), ordering flags, installing the display, and updating the display in future years as our school matures. It will become a living history of our school and the students that have studied at Sage.

The first step is to identify Sage students and faculty who are citizens of the world who would like to be represented in the flag display. If you would like for your student’s nationality to be included, please visit our website, complete the International Club Flag Display form and return it to the front desk of the elementary or the middle/high school for the International Club. We appreciate and value that there are many cultural heritages represented within the Sage community. However, the club’s current guidelines are that the flags must be of U.N. and/or U.S.-recognized countries and represent the citizenship of an enrolled student or that enrolled student’s parent(s) (dual or multiple citizenship is included). A United States flag will also be among the display.  Any flag requests that do not arrive in time this year will be submitted in next years order. There is a section on the bottom of the form for asking questions of the club members.

Extended Ignite Sage Deadline

It is shaping up to be a great night, why not take part yourself?
