Overleaf Pro for LaTeX

LaTeX is a widely used typesetting program, useful for preparing and submitting journal articles, dissertations, posters, and many other documents.  This powerful and free program has been used for decades at UVA and around the world, but in the past few years Overleaf has provided a cloud-based collaborative platform to allow you to work on LaTeX documents with your co-authors. Register with your virginia.edu email address to use Overleaf Pro.  In addition to a collaborative editing platform with version control, Overleaf offers extensive help pages and tutorials, as well as a wide array of templates.  Overleaf is also a very convenient platform to use to get help from the Library with LaTeX errors. Just reach out to Ricky Patterson (ricky@virginia.edu) if you have any questions about Overleaf, or need help with LaTeX.
