U.Dance in North Devon Performance
What a brilliant time we had at the Landmark Theatre for the U.Dance in North Devon performance on 20th February, organised by Dance in Devon and the Landmark Theatre. The platform hosted performances from many fantastic youth dance groups from Devon, with a particular focus on groups based in and around the north of the region. The following groups were featured in the performance: C3 Youth Dance Company, Make the Move Jazz Company, Marion Lindsay Ballet Studio, North Devon Youth Dance, Rebecca Varley Dance Academy, Rising Youth Company, and dancers from Pilton Community College.
The evening also included a performance from young dancers who had spent a week working with Motionhouse at the Landmark Theatre and performed their piece ‘Hive’, to open the evening of youth dance. Thank you to all those who took part and came to support such an inspiring evening of youth dance!
