Forty-one years ago, Edmond Wine Shop became just the second licensed liquor store in Edmond. With its ideal location just north of Oklahoma City, owner Vance Gregory believed in the growth potential of the community.

In 2003, Gregory built a 6,186-square-foot building at 1520 S. Boulevard. The building is customized for Edmond Wine Shop customers, with a unique design that sets the store apart.

The Edmond Wine Shop staff is constantly working to educate themselves. Staff members include Ian Bennet, Certified Sommelier; John Enterline, Certified Specialist of Spirits; and Amie Hendrickson, Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Spirits.

Plans for the future include continuing to grow the business and focusing on high-quality, small producers of wine, spirits and craft beer.
