Newsflash: January 2015

Dear colleagues,

This time last year there were ASC certified tilapia and pangasius products available in the market and we'd just celebrated the first ASC certified salmon farm. A year on and consumers can chose from more than 1,700 ASC certified products, covering tilapia, pangasius, salmon, trout and shrimp across 40 countries. And, in the last year alone the number of farms in the programme has doubled.

As we move into 2015, I look forward to seeing
more farms coming on board and more businesses helping consumers make a responsible choice.

In the meantime, I'd like to thank all of our partners, contributors and friends who
have supported ASC's growth over the last year.

I wish you all a successful year ahead.

Chris Ninnes, Chief Executive Officer ASC
