December 2016
•           McDonald’s – Permit issued 12/14/16, 4115 Andrews Hwy, new restaurant, $850,000.
•           Nissan Auto – Permit issued 12/19/16, 5220 N. JBS Pkwy, new Nissan auto dealership, $1,000,000.
•           Living Word Baptist Church – Permit issued 12/22/16, 5119 Twin Towers Blvd., new church sanctuary bldg., $300,000.
•           Odessa Housing – Permit issued 12/29/16, 8640 Hunter Miller Way, new 3 story apartment complex, $15,000,000.
•           Texas Department of Public Safety – A groundbreaking ceremony was held at 2800 Wright Drive, near the Midland International Air and Space Port to mark the pending construction of a new Midland/Odessa driver’s license facility.  The facility is expected to accommodate a projected 10-year population growth and will be staffed by 36 employees who would helm 24 customer service stations. The project is expected to be complete by mid-summer 2017.
