Spring Job Fair a Success

Twenty-seven businesses, with approximately 300 job openings, took part in the Noble County EDC's Spring Job Fair at East Noble High School on April 14. Recruiters had plenty of people to talk to, as students from East Noble, Central Noble, Smith-Green and Impact Institute participated in the event.
The job fair was also open to the general public in the afternoon.

The event was aimed at both students who are planning to enter the workforce after graduation and college-bound seniors. Even for students headed to college, getting them connected with local industries for summer work, internships or even employment opportunities after they graduate is an important step to promote local business and raise awareness about varied career options in Noble County.
