Lots to be thankful for...

The success of any association lies in its members. It is your membership that represents who you are and reflect what you value much more than any mission statement or set of by-laws. There are all sorts contradicting statistics out there as to the general state of non-profits, and most are out of the US, but the general consensus is that all associations are struggling to maintain the status quo. From shifting demographics to new applications of technology, many are simply at a loss, which is understandable. Getting on Facebook is great, but what do you do once you get there? How do you keep up?

In this, the second installment of or new newsletter, we continue to theme our shared links on pieces that will help your association focus on your greatest asset: your members. There are a lot of ways to thank your members that aren't limited to the words themselves (although that's not a bad idea), and the links below are filled with tips to help every association up their game.
