Ideas for Children's Activities

Next year, 2018, VisitScotland is celebrating the "Year of Young People" and we plan to join in.  We're collecting ideas to share with our Garden Openers and would appreciate your help.  Do you run children's activities on your open day? Could you spare a couple of minutes to fill out our survey
Recipe for Blackcurrant Leaf Jellies

Blackcurrant leaves have so much flavour and can be used in a wide range of dishes and drinks from tea to sorbet.  It's very easy to make and gives you that very strong blackcurrant flavour while being very clear in appearance.  A great way to make use of your blackcurrant bush before the fruit is fully ripe.  Find the recipe here.
