2017 Native Tree and Shrub Sale Pre-order Deadline This Sunday

Pre-order Deadline is This Sunday

We have many trees and shrubs that are hard to find.  Most nurseries and garden centers do not carry these plants.

We put together our top picks for your gardening interests:

Top 3 Picks to Attract Birds: Top 3 Picks to Attract Butterflies: Top 3 Picks for Other Pollinators:
Top 3 Picks for Human Edibles
Top 3 Coolest Plants (they're all cool to us, but these are hard to find, unknown, have something exceptionally interesting about them, and should be planted more):

Many of these plants also offer incredible fall color.

We will have some native forbs available for sale too.  Anticipated list is below:

Butterfly Weed, Rose Milkweed, Cardinal Flower, Prairie Coreopsis, Prairie Smoke, Purple Coneflower, Foxglove Beardtongue, Wild Ginger, Dropseed, Common Oak (Pen) Sedge, Columbine, Wild Petunia and Geranium, Showy Goldenrod, and Sky Blue Aster. We are unable to pre-order or hold them. Please arrive early for best selection.

  • Pick-up is September 30th at Euclid Methodist Church's parking lot (same place as plant sale)
  • Pick-up time: 9am-1pm

Volunteers Needed

We will need help with unloading and sorting plants the day before the sale.  On the day of the sale, we will need help organizing orders, and then helping customers find their plants and assist with loading them in the car. It's a great way to learn about the different trees and shrubs as well as learn how people are going to use their new plants.
