Rosendale Library Presents:
Susan Gingerich
the Herb Lady, Tells it Like it Is
Wednesday, May 10
Rosendale Public Library
264 Main St
Rosendale NY
845 658-9013
7PM/FREE
Contact: Sue Horowitz
Drawing from the rich history of herbal lore from Europe, Native America and China, Susan spins tales as she recalls old beliefs about plants, sharing the ingredients from her basket. You'll laugh at some of the old beliefs as she unravels the history of plant cures from dermatitus to dropsy, while giving new perspectives to "modern" medicine.
