ALL Unions or Conferences who are contracting to have tents placed in their area, please notify Vern Byrd by email (vernbyrd@me.com).
We will need the following information for providing underground line locating services.
1. Exact location: Street Names
2. Size of Tent
3. When it is being installed
4. Who the vendor is
This information MUST be submitted no later than July 31, 2014 to Vern Byrd, no exceptions.
