The Top 6 Reasons We Are Contacted Are As Follows:
1 - Credit Card has been Rejected
Due to recent credit card processing problems associated with Target and other merchant stores during the holiday season, many banks are withholding authorization for large credit card transactions. If you experience a failure notice when processing a Camporee order while using a credit card, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to inform them of the purchase. We apologize for any frustrations you may have experienced in this regard and trust that this process will resolve the problem.
2- Club is not listed on the website.
To ensure accuracy, we accept club names from the conference level. Please contact your conference Pathfinder/Youth Director and ask them to send an email to me email@example.com Registration Coordinator requesting your club be added to the website. Be sure to verify that your club is on that list. Once we have the email, we can have it updated on the website within 10 business days.
3 - I registered as an individual but I need to be with a club.

4 - Can I pay with a check instead of a credit card?
Certainly! You can mail a Church Check to 4145 E. Campus Circle Drive, Berrien Springs MI 49104. Please make the check out to Forever Faithful Camporee and include your name, phone Number, email, club name, conference, and for how many pathfinders you are paying for.
5 - I have accidentally purchased more tickets than I need. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all camporee tickets are non-refundable. However, pathfinders and staff can transfer their tickets by selling them to another person who’d go.
6 - When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be send to your physical address within the next couple month.
