New Covid-19 Self-assessment Screening is in effect for March.
For client privacy, we have switched over to the Ontario screening format. You no longer are required to sign-in at the vestibule before entering.
Your contact information will remain private and only assessable to SkinCellutions.
Below you will see we are using the worker and employee screening link. The screening remains the same for clients. This link will be sent to you at the time of your appointment reminder confirmation. We ask that you complete and email us the results of your screening 2 hours prior to your appointment.
It's a quick questionnaire that will only take moments to complete. Once completed you will email the results directly to info.skincellutions.ca. In the email subject line, please remember to insert your first & last name and phone number before you send.
