Alpha Solder Paste, Bar, Preform
Alpha OM-353 is a special zero-halogen, high performance solder paste. This is a fairly new product and it is designed to blend up to Type 5 (15-25µm) powder for ultra-fine feature application. Read more
Why you should test it
Printing Excellence. It provides excellent printing performancedown to 180µm pad size dimension with a 60° connection on stencil at 50mm/s speed, 2mm/s release speed and 0.18N/m pressure printing parameters.
Excellent coalescence. It is able to yield excellent coalescence performance for 180µm circle deposits using an air reflow high soak preheat as hot as of 170-180°C for 120s, >230°C for 62s and 247°C peak temperature.
Long stencil life, even in warm/humid production environments.
Excellent solder joints and flux as it does not char or burn after reflow soldering.
Alpha OM-338PT is a Type 3 to Type 4 powder, lead-free and no-clean solder paste for a broad range of applications. This paste is designed to minimize transition concerns from tin/lead to lead free solder paste. Read more
