Using Python at the RCC

Python is an increasingly popular platform for high performance computational science.  Python code is easy to write, highly versatile, and runs on almost every platform.

The RCC recently made it easier to run Python 2.7.7 and Python 3.x on our systems, so you can use an even broader set of tools and libraries.  Some things you can do with Python at the RCC include: There are dozens of free books that cover basic scientific programming concepts with Python.
