RCC Welcomes Terry Ward

We are pleased to have a new addition to our team, Terry Ward. Terry has 43 years of experience working in a broad range of IT activities, including system architecture, network management, and software development.  Terry will take over a number of critical systems management tasks at RCC, including HPC scheduler management and storage operations.

MATLAB 2014b Available

We have upgraded to the latest version of MATLAB, version 2014b! The new version includes a number of enhancements and bug fixes.  Additionally, you can use unlimited workers with the Parallel Computing Toolbox (limited to 12 in the old version).

New Support Ticketing System

In February, we will replace our support ticketing system with a new one ("osTicket"). You may not notice any difference when submitting support requests, but under the hood, our new system will enable better service and management of pending support requests.
