Galaxy Beta

We are pleased to roll out a new service for HPC users, Galaxy.

Galaxy is a Web-based platform for accessible, reproducible and transparent computational bio-medical research.

At RCC, Galaxy can be used for automating workflows in any scientific domain, and for providing graphical access to tools otherwise only accessible via the terminal.

Currently, we are beta-testing this service. If you are interested in participating, please let us know by emailing support@rcc.fsu.edu.
