Slurm Upgrade Monday!

The Slurm Scheduler upgrade will occur on Monday, July 13 through July 19.  After the upgrade is complete, your MOAB submission scripts will no longer work.  You must upgrade all of your scripts to use Slurm.  We have provided some resources to help you use the upgraded scheduler.

As part of the upgrade, we are also bumping our HPC environment to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, and are providing new versions of many popular packages.

ITS Provides Real-time collaboration with Skype for Business (Lync)


Skype for Business, also known as Lync on Mac and mobile devices, is a new tool that allows all employees at Florida State University to collaborate in real-time via instant messaging, audio calls, video calls, Web conferencing and desktop sharing. From one-on-one conversations to group chats, Skype for Business makes it easy to work with other researchers and make discoveries in real-time.
