|
Programme: EU programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI).
Call for proposals: social policy innovations supporting reforms in social services.
Why is this call interesting for you? The purpose of the call is to develop new and more cost-effective way to deliver social services (including affordable housing), by testing, among other things: one stop shops for integrated services, innovative partnerships between public authorities and service providers. Projects can also be used to demonstrate how important investment in affordable housing is for the overall economy of a country, thus making the case for affordable housing amidst the debate over welfare reforms.

The role of the public authorities consists in being actively committed to the project by ensuring strong policy leadership and steering of the project, and in securing the use of results beyond the grant period”.
The lead applicant should involve at least one co-applicant. Co-applicants must be public authorities at central, regional or local level, or bodies governed by public law, and/or civil society organisations, and/or private sector organisations. Including academic structures, research organisations or international organisations is strongly encouraged.
