Asian Women for Health encourages you to spread the love by educating your friends and family about maintaining a healthy heart! 
To lower the risk of heart disease:
  • Watch your weight.
  • Quit smoking and stay away from secondhand smoke.
  • Control your cholesterol and blood pressure.
  • If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
  • Get active and eat healthy.

CDC: Advisory Committee on Breast Cancer in Young Women

ACBCYW January 28-29 at Atlanta, Georgia
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) held its Advisory Committee of Breast Cancer in Young Women (ACBCYW) on January 28-29, 2016 in Atlanta Georgia at the CDC Chamblee Campus. With ACBCYW's advice and guidance, the CDC is committed to advancing awareness and knowledge of breast cancer and preventive measures among young women through education activities and research. Alayna Feng is a senior studying International Relations at Tufts University.  She volunteers as the Co-Editor of the monthly e-newsletter and the Community Engagement Liaison for AWFH.
