Vacancies

Healthy Minds: Community Health & Wellbeing Service Manager - Closing 14th September
The Service Manager will provide practical, day-to-day line management and supervision for the CHWB team, comprising 10 full-time equivalent workers.  Ensuring that each worker is suitably supported and equipped to fulfil their role, the Service Manager will advise and assist as required by each worker. They will liaise with key partner organisations across the Calderdale health system, representing the service at meetings on a local, regional and national level as required. This will be a varied and challenging role in a new and innovative service. Rate of Pay: (2021-22): £28,574 per annum + 5% pension

Healthy Minds: Membership & Engagement Coordinator - Closing 19th September

Rate of Pay: (2021-22): £26,245 per annum + 5% pension.

Healthy Minds: Link Project Worker - Closing 19th September
The Healthy Minds Link project has been commissioned to explore alternative (outside of the statutory system) support for those stuck in a mental health ‘crisis loop’ and to find ways out of that loop. Link is unique and differs from other Healthy Minds services in that it focusses on individual rather than peer support. It differs from the one-to-one support offered via Safespace for example (which takes place ‘in the moment’) in that a longer-term, supportive relationship is purposefully built and focusses on progression and making changes. It differs from statutory services in that it is non-clinical - not responding or planning according to diagnoses. We work carefully to complement and add to statutory services already available, rather than replace them. The Link worker creatively eradicates any ‘us & them’ relationship, instead placing the focus on ‘us and we’. Rate of Pay: (2021-22): £13.46 per hour; £15,747 per annum + 5% pension
