Calderdale Council: Shortlist Success for Transformational Projects
Two of Calderdale’s flagship regeneration projects have been shortlisted for the Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards 2022.

Cost of Living Crisis: Helpful Resources from Inclusion London
Inclusion London have developed this helpful resource to signpost disabled people who are needing help in response to the cost of living crisis- particularly the increase in gas and electric prices. Please share with anyone you know who may find it helpful.

Halifax Opportunities Trust (HOT) is hosting an Opportunities Event at its social enterprise business hub, Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, on Thursday 15th September 2022, to help local people take the next step on their employment or learning journey.

Tickets are now on sale for the event and it’s going to be a great evening at The Shay Stadium in Halifax, 6pm to late on Thursday 22nd September 2022.

CFFC: General Grants Rounds 2022
The Community Foundation for Calderdale (CFFC) have launched their second round of general grants for organisations and community groups to apply for up to £5,000 to make a difference in Calderdale. You can apply for funding if you are a new organisation, wanting to trial a new project, or continue with an existing project.

Deadline Approaching for Reaching and Supporting Armed Forces Communities - 8th August
Groups can still apply for funding to deliver targeted projects aimed at veterans with specific, complex needs. There are two weeks left to apply for Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust’s new programme to drive sustainable change for Armed Forces personnel.

Patient Education Remains In Focus As £60,000 Cancer Bursary Scheme Enters Third Year - Closing  19th August
A £60,000 grant scheme to support the increasing number of people living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis has been launched this week (August 1) by the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance.

New Government Grants to Tackle Homelessness and Rough Sleeping - Deadline 26th August 
The fund seeks transformative projects to deliver quality services for individuals experiencing rough sleeping in England.

PRS Foundation's Open Fund for Music Organisations - Closing 14th September
The PRS Foundation is the UK's leading independent funder of new music and talent development across all genres. It provides the Open Fund for Organisations with the aim of helping to support, sustain and promote the growth of the new music infrastructure in the UK.

The Arts Society’s Autumn Grant Round Open for Applications - Closing  30th September 
The Arts Society is offering grants of up to £3,000 for UK-registered charities with an annual turnover of less than £3 million to deliver projects and activities that engage young people with the arts, support skills development and training in the arts and heritage sector and support local and regional art organisations and museums Funding will support projects that make a positive contribution to people’s lives through the arts and engage people who wouldn’t typically participate in arts activities.

LGBT+ Futures: Equity Fund Offering Grants to the Devolved Nations - Closing 30th October
Funding to support LGBT+ organisations which are intersectional in focus across the UK. 

Youth Investment Fund Now Open for Applications - Closing March 2024
Funding to support the delivery of new and renewed youth facilities within a short timescale. With funding from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Social Investment Business is administering the next phase of the Youth Investment Fund (YIF).

Advice & Grants to Bring Churches & Community Businesses Together
At Plunkett, with the generous support of Benefact Trust, we want to bring places of worship and community businesses together – so that they make use of underused space whilst kick-starting businesses that can benefit their wider community

Kelly Family Charitable Trust
The Trust are interested in funding charities whose activities involve all or most family members, where possible, in initiatives that seek to tackle problems facing one or more of its members.
