Thursday 13 December 2018

Hello <<First Name>>

It’s been a jam-packed year for our training programme with many of you attending our webinars. ‘Supporting digitally excluded clients with Universal Credit claims’ is just one of the many webinars we'll be running in January. In this webinar, Online Centre Golden Opportunity Skills and Development (GOSAD) in Southall, will look at the challenges of managing Universal Credit requirements for those with limited or no digital skills.

If you want to sign up for next year’s sessions and plan in advance, all of the above webinars are now available on the Online Centres Network website Training section.

If you attended a webinar this year - or maybe you didn’t but would like to suggest one that you‘d like our team to run next year - please do complete our training survey and help shape our training offer for 2019.

The deadline for responses is Friday 4 January 2019. All replies will be entered into a prize draw and the winning centre will be given a £25 Amazon voucher.

Best wishes

Voicebox Cafés celebration event at the House of Lords

Last Monday we held a celebration of our Voicebox Cafés project at the House of Lords. It was an amazing day and brought together centres from across the country with a shared passion for empowering women.

As part of this event, we asked centres funded by the project to send in videos showing the progress of the project and the difference it’s made to women in their local community. These videos will also help reach other women who may want to learn about how to have their say.
