Hello <<First Name>>

There are just a few weeks to go until our Joining Forces event in Bristol where we will be showcasing a range of community services and membership networks at Trinity Community Arts Centre on Wednesday 20 November. Our event is designed to help organisations network with one another and to help strengthen your organisation. Members of our network team will be on hand to chat on the day if you are wanting to find out more about the benefits of your Online Centres Network membership.

We have many community service organisations and membership networks attending including; Locality, WECIL (The Centre of West England for Inclusive Living), Citizens Advice Bristol, Voscur, North Somerset Training, Groundwork South, Learn With Unite, Computer Recyclers and Can do Bristol.

Our event is open to existing online centres but we are also encouraging those who aren’t a centre to be part of our event, so if you know of anyone who might be interested then why not invite them along? You can drop in and chat to us, anytime between 11am and 2pm, all we ask is that you book your place so we know you’re attending.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Digital Evolution conference workshops

Our annual conference is getting closer and we’re looking forward to meeting many of our Online Centres, national funders, partners and other organisations delivering digital and social inclusion activity, on Thursday 28 November at the BT Centre in London.

We're pleased to announce new workshops that you'll be able to attend on the day:

  • Building a learner journey
  • Working with learners to design services for them
  • Online safety for families
  • Offering accessible services
These workshops are designed to provide information on a topic of interest, so you can take away knowledge and insight to use within your organisation.

We’ll also be joined by a range of informative speakers such as Kerensa Jennings, Digital Skills Director from BT Group and Magid Magid, Green MEP for Yorkshire and Humber and former Lord Mayor of Sheffield, plus many more! Many of our Good Things Foundation staff will be also attending, so they’ll be on hand if you have any questions. Tickets are selling fast so book your place today!
