From talking to our community partners, we know there are common questions that you have about managing website accounts (including Learn My Way), or your membership. We’ve created some FAQs to help you get solutions quickly and take steps to manage your own membership where possible.
If you have any questions about using our sites, managing learners and their details or managing your membership, please take a look at the new FAQs document first.
If, after reading the FAQs, you still need to get in touch, please only contact us via one method of communication to avoid any confusion or duplication of your enquiry. Your queries will be answered within 2 working days of receipt.
