Hello <<First Name>>

Applications are still open for funding to deliver the Census Support Service in specific areas. Working with the Office for National Statistics (ONS), Good Things Foundation is building a network of Census Support Centres across England and Wales to support the delivery of the census, taking place March-May 2021, helping people to complete it online.

To find out if this opportunity is right for your organisation and to see if you are in the list of eligible areas, please read the guidance document and view the list of specific areas in which we are seeking applications. One application round has already taken place, so applications are being accepted in this round only in those areas marked on the list.

Applications are only open for one more week and will close at 5pm on Friday 2 October. For more information or if you have any questions please email census.support@goodthingsfoundation.org

Supporting our community partners - FAQ resource

From talking to our community partners, we know there are common questions that you have about managing website accounts (including Learn My Way), or your membership. We’ve created some FAQs to help you get solutions quickly and take steps to manage your own membership where possible.

If you have any questions about using our sites, managing learners and their details or managing your membership, please take a look at the new FAQs document first.

If, after reading the FAQs, you still need to get in touch, please only contact us via one method of communication to avoid any confusion or duplication of your enquiry. Your queries will be answered within 2 working days of receipt.

If your query is related to Good Things Foundation grants funding, please email the grants@goodthingsfoundation.org and a member of the team will be in touch.
