Hello <<First Name>>

Website updates - important dates!

During the Christmas period, our digital team is undertaking important updates across our websites. This means that between particular dates you will not be able to make some changes and edit information, as you usually do when logged into the Online Centres Network website. From Friday 18 December until Monday 25 January, you will not be able to:
  • Sign up to the network
  • Apply for funding opportunities
  • Edit your centre details
  • Add new centres to your account
  • Add Tutors to Learn My Way
  • Join a specialist network
If you need to make any of the changes above, we suggest doing so before the freeze date. You will still be able to see your centre information, access resources on our website, reset your password, visit the map, sign up for the newsletters, etc. Please note the Learn My Way, Make It Click and Good Things Foundation websites will remain unaffected during the freeze dates. If you have any questions, please email

New - Digital Exclusion in Arts and Culture Research Project

We’re excited to share that we are conducting new research as part of the ‘Digital Exclusion in Arts and Culture’ project, funded by Arts Council England.

As part of its strategy ‘Let’s Create', Arts Council England wants to enable everyone in England to be able to experience and participate in arts and culture. We are looking to work with members of our network who have either delivered arts and culture experiences online and/or have supported people to engage with arts and culture online.

Interested in taking part?

We are looking for community partners to work with us on one (or both) of the following activities:
  • Community partners can recruit, and support, 5-7 people who have faced digital barriers to accessing arts and culture online to participate in an online focus group in December. This community partner will receive a research participation grant of £665 to support these activities (inclusive of participant incentives).
  • Staff or volunteers can take part in a research interview in December with a member of the Good Things Foundation Research team. The interview will cover your experience of delivering arts and cultural experiences online, or supporting people to engage with arts and culture online. There is no grant payment available for this, but we would really appreciate your feedback if you are able to provide it!
If you are interested in taking part, please email Jane Mackey at
